    2. We accept payment with credit cards, which is fast and efficient thus the most frequently used payment method. Visa/ master/Amex/Discover/ JCB are accepted. PayPal, wire transfer, money order, check, and Cashiers Check are also accepted.
    3. A2 I would like to send check, money order or cashier's check to you. Can you give me instructions?
    4. Please mail the money order or cashier's check to the mailing address.
    5. A3 I would like to send my payment via wire transfer. Can you give me instructions?
    6. Once you confirm your order and select wire transfer as method of payment, detail instructions will be sent to you.

We understand how important it is to protect any personal information that you provide to us, and that is why megamotormadness.com maintains the highest levels of security, e.g. in the whole checkout process, we utilize industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details, and we do not store your card details (that is why we ask for them for every order placed).
    13. A7 How can I know my order has been shipped and how to check my order status?
    14. You'll receive a confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped out. Information like shipping item, shipping time, tracking No. and tracking link is included. And it contains instructions on how to check your order status. You may also contact us directly with any questions.
    15. A8 How much shipping will be charged for every order?
    16. The shipping fee differs depending on the item weight and your location. And you will see your total shipping fee calculate in your Shopping Cart as you add items.
    17. A9 Can I change the shipping address if the shipping address is incorrect?
    18. After you placed an order, if you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that the shipping address can be changed only if the order has not been shipped out. A confirmation email will be sent to advise you of when the package has been shipped out. So please make sure that you have provided us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your phone number for the shipping.
    19. A10 What if I want to cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, make sure to do it within 24 hours. -Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund. -Orders canceled 1-2 days after payment confirmation but still have not been shipped will be eligible for a 90% partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost. -Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

    22. Inventory moves quickly during our busy season, so in an effort to ensure availability of requested units, Megamotormadness are now taking backorders for popular items that are out of stock.
    23. A12 How do I place a backorder?
    24. Backorders must be placed over the telephone with a customer service representative. Full payment must be submitted at the time the order is placed.
    25. A13 When will my backordered item be delivered?
    26. Generally, backordered items are delivered within 45 to 60 days, but in some cases, arrival time is significantly less. Specific arrival dates will be given by the customer service representative at the time the order is placed. Arrival dates are approximate, as backordered items are subject to delay. Submission of payment is considered acceptance of wait time.
    27. A14 What if I change my mind?
    28. Cancelled backorders are eligible for refund less 5% service fee.
